1. Delivery & Technician Service

• Chattogram District: On-site delivery and certified technician setup/service. The total service & delivery fee is subject to discussion based on installation scope and distance.
• Other Districts: Nationwide delivery coverage is expanding soon.

2. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to open & inspect the physical condition of the IPS unit or battery casing upon arrival before completing cash payment to the courier agent.

3. Replacement & Returns

If a product exhibits a manufacturing fault upon opening, request an immediate replacement by calling our hotline +8801895638489 within 48 hours of receipt.
